About the Owner

Navigating her nursing career and choices has unfolded paths to the extraordinary for a truly fulfilling journey. Melissa Shubin has been a Registered Nurse since 2010, specializing in geriatrics and leading roles in the community as a geriatric advocate. She has extensive experience including Intensive Care, Case Management, Director of Nursing, Home Health, Palliative and Hospice. She is extremely involved in the day-to-day operations at Conejo Valley Home Care and truly cares for helping the elderly progress, not regress. Her vision is on a global level including socialization, nutrition, and therapy incorporated in all resident’s care plans. She loves what she does and it shows.
